CREDIT CARD DECLINED !!!!!!

I saw today an email from play.com that it said that my credit card was rejected!!!! I tried again and agian but it was rejected!!!!! So i bought it from Micromania for an extra 10e .....It has next day free delivery !!!! But tomorrow is Wed. so i'm getting it on Thur. :(

i can't understand why Play declined my card!
It's because i'm a Cypriot isn't it? :)
Well i don't care right now ....
